Our Coaches

ALLIE BURNETT

Allie brings over 10 years of coaching experience to HerLax. Allie began head coaching in 2016 as a T3 elite head coach at the high school level. She joined Hoboken lacrosse club in 2022 and led the 7/8 girls team as a head coach in 2023 and 2024. She played midfield at La Salle University, a Division 1 program, where she was the Captain of the team and a draw control specialist.

KELSEY REED

Kelsey grew up in Stirling, NJ and began playing lacrosse in 3rd grade with T3 Lacrosse. She played at Watchung Hills Regional High School and continued her career at James Madison University. She was a 2-time captain at JMU and as a part of the 2018 National Championship team. Kelsey has been coaching and giving back to this amazing sport ever since high school between different club and rec programs all across the country.

NICOLE FERRARA

Nicole grew up in Morristown, NJ and began playing lacrosse in 7th grade with Building Blocks Lacrosse. She was a US Lacrosse All-American at Morristown High School and set the program record for points in her career there. She continued her career at the Ohio State University. She was a 2-time captain and an All-Big Ten selection, while leading the Buckeyes in goals as a senior. Nicole has been coaching throughout her time as a player and post graduation with BBL & Morristown rec leagues.
